I would not recommend this store to anyone! We went there yesterday for the first time. The staff was very unprofessional. One staff member was standing outside smoking in front of the store, while the other one was literally sitting on the counter playing on his phone and did not even acknowledge that we walked in. Nobody even greeted us until we were leaving the store!
This store has very helpful staff and they are very nice. When i asked questions a nice young man answered them politely and showed me where shoes he would recommend. Do not believe shiloh bausman false accusations. Although hibbets is nice alternative to shoe carnival
As for the store itself, it is way too small. It felt very cramped. Selection for shoes was not impressive. Prices there seemed much higher than other places as well. Overall, we were very disappointed with our visit.
