They explained everything to where kids would understand. They also let the kids freerome alittle.
A great little home town museum. Lots of local history and a beautiful mansion to tour.
If you love history especially from the local area this is a must stop place to put on your list.

Was visiting relatives in Winnebago and visited this museum one afternoon when we were trying to fill time. Glad we did. This is a hidden gem. The house is wonderful but the industrial/farming museum section was the most fascinating for me. They also have a one room school house and a 1830s log cabin. All very well documented and the tour guide was very good. Definitely recommend this site if you are nearby.
