Wow. You can tell in an instant that this is a shop managed by riders. Very friendly. Extremely well thought out accessories that the staff are familiar with. If you're set on a Trek, this is the only Trek dealer to consider in the Rockford/Freeport area.

While on tour during July 2017, my derailleur cage was damaged about 14 miles outside of town. I came here first and was taken by the service offered shortly after walking in the door. The two mechanics and shop owners were friendly and conversational. I was out the door in no time. Definitely plan to stop by again in the future!
